New parts

New, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the part is defective or we shipped the wrong item. 15% restocking fee.

Used-tested parts

Used-tested parts carry a 7 -day functional guarantee. If the part does not work as described, contact us within 30 days for an exchange only.

Not returnable

Installed electrical parts, custom-built or ported components, and special-order items unless defective.
